Pepper Apple Juice with Mint
- 3 green organic apples
- 1 green pepper
- A sprig of mint
Add all ingredients to your juicer machine and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and add another sprig of mint if you wish (for a pretty decoration and stirring device). Serve and enjoy!
