Juice of the Day: Heart Healthy Apple Juice

Heart Healthy Apple Juice

  • 2 organic apples
  • 3 sticks of celery
  • 1 C raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil

Add the apples, celery, and raspberries to your juicing machine and process until smooth. Pour mixture into a tall glass and add the flaxseed oil. Stir until well mixed. Enjoy!
