Recipe: Chia Seeds on a Banana

Looking for a creative and delicious new snack to try? This tasty treat is so easy to make it’s ridiculous! All you need is a banana covered in almond butter. Take that banana and roll it in chia seeds. You can then cut it up into little pieces and serve on toothpicks. Bananas are a great source of potassium and chia seeds are loaded with fiber and antioxidants. Delicious and nutritious!
