Papaya Grapefruit Smoothie with Lime
- 1 papaya (skin removed)
- 1 grapefruit (peeled)
- 1 handful of fresh organic raspberries
- A splash of lime to taste
- 1 C kefir (I recommend using Green Valley Organics Plain Kefir)
