One of my favorite ways to start the day is with a bowl of chia pudding! Chia seeds are packed with nutrients to help us look and feel our best. Chia pudding is literally the easiest thing in the world to make, which means you can prepare it the night before and eat it on your way to work! All you need is 3 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 cup of your favorite liquid. I typically use almond milk or freshly squeezed juice to give my pudding some added flavor and nutrients.
