It’s no secret that I am a huge fan of honey. You have seen me post about the benefits of this sweet goodness while talking about the ways that we can incorporate it into our daily diets. Honey Nut Apple Smoothie
- 1 organic apple, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp Sue Bee Clover Honey
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Add all ingredients to your blender and process until smooth. Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
