Make a Winter Wellness Smoothie Bowl with Natural Vitality


– 1/4 cup raspberries
– 1 apple
– 1 banana
– 1/2 avocado
– A handful of spinach
– 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
– 2 Tbsp Natural Vitality Organic Life Vitamins
– 1 Tbsp raw honey
– 1 cup coconut milk
