When we aren’t getting enough enzymes in our diet, we can feel tired and generally unwell. Try eating raw nuts, fruits and vegetables. You can also start sprouting your own seeds for some added enzymes in your diet! Some of the easiest seeds to sprout include lentils, quinoa, mung beans, and alfalfa.
