Authentic Product Pick: Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk

Suncoast Gold Mac Milk

Are you sick of soy milk? Is almond milk boring your taste buds? Liven up your smoothies with my latest obsession, macadamia milk! That’s right. Now you can enjoy the delicious flavor of these tasty little nuts in liquid form. Best of all? You are getting all of the amazing nutrients found in macadamia nuts, like heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, energizing B vitamins, tissue-building protein, and immune-boosting antioxidants.

Suncoast Gold recently launched their popular line of macadamia milks here in the USA and I couldn’t be more excited! The brand, known for its quality range of macadamia products, from flavored macadamias to macadamia oil, has created this creamy nut milk in two flavors – Original and Unsweetened. Both flavors are delicious, smooth, and pair nicely with a variety of ingredients. I recently used the original flavor in a green smoothie and it was amazing (see the recipe below).

Macadamia milk is a delicious and healthy alternative to dairy, soy, oat, almond and coconut milk. You can enjoy it plain or add it to smoothies. It’s also easy to add to a variety of recipes (I added some to my homemade muesli at it was super yummy). Macadamia milk is naturally lactose, cholesterol, gluten and GMO free. It’s also packed with nutrients to help you look and feel your best.
