B-Vitamin and Omega Fruity Swirl
1 C fresh pineapple chunks
1 fresh mango, cut into pieces
1/2 C pineapple juice or coconut water
1/2 C coconut milk
2 Tbsp flax oil
Using a blender, process the pineapple chunks, mango pieces, pineapple juice, coconut milk, banana, and flax oil until smooth. You can add a few ice cubes to make this beverage cold if you wish.
