Many of you know that I am a huge book-lover, especially when the books are about health and wellness. I recently had the pleasure of reading The Miracle Kidney Cleanse by Lauren Felts, CN. It’s a wonderful book that is packed with valuable nutrition tips, wellness resources, and nourishing recipes. Your kidneys are vital organs because they filter your blood to keep you in good health. One of my favorite chapters in the book (chapter 10) was filled with amazing recipes to promote optimal kidney health. This section contains a variety of homemade juice, smoothie, soup, salad and other recipes that you will enjoy. They are all very simple to make and taste great! I also liked chapter six because it gives you a straight-forward way to maximize the benefits of your cleanse. This section offers tips and natural remedies so you can feel happy and health for years to come.
