I have a ton of fresh mint growing in my garden this year, especially peppermint. I have started adding it to my morning juice recipes and I am HOOKED! One of my favorite juices to make is so simple and delicious. All you need is 2 oranges, 2 or three tomatoes, and a sprig of mint. Juice all those ingredients and you have yourself a tall glass loaded with vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
